Thịt bò rửa sạch, cắt mỏng, ướp với 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm, 30ml nước tương, 10ml mật ong, 10ml dầu mè, 10gr hạt nêm, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu trong chén khoảng 10 phút.
Xà lách nhặt, rửa sạch, cắt làm đôi. Hành tây bóc vỏ, cắt mỏng, cà chua rửa sạch, cắt khoanh tròn.
Làm nóng 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho hành tây vào, xào khoảng 1 phút.
Tiếp theo, cho thịt bò đã ướp vào, đảo đều thêm 3 phút, cho ra đĩa.
Trứng gà cho vào nồi, đổ ngập nước, luộc chín, bóc sạch vỏ, cắt làm đôi.
Pha nước mắm: Cho 60ml nước mắm, 60gr đường trắng, ớt cắt nhỏ, 1 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tỏi băm còn lại, 1/3 chén nước vào, khuấy đều.
Cho thịt bò ra tô, thêm cà chua, xà lách, trứng gà vào. Thêm tương ớt, sốt mayonnaise và hỗn hợp nước mắm vào, trộn đều, thưởng thức.
