Món chè vải thạch dừa lạ miệng này chắc chắc sẽ lấy lòng cả nhà trong những ngày oi bức. Bạn là một người thích ăn vải, muốn đổi mới phương thức chế biến thì tại sao lại không nghĩ đến món chè vải thạch dừa này nhỉ?
Vải bóc vỏ, dùng dao nhọn tách lấy cùi vải, bỏ hạt, cho ra chén.
Đổ 1 lít nước, 50gr đường trắng vào nồi, bắc lên bếp, nấu sôi nhỏ lửa. Vừa nấu vừa khuấy đều để đường trắng tan hết.
Tiếp theo, cho vải vào, khuấy đều, đợi nước sôi lại thì tắt bếp.
Củ dền gọt vỏ, cắt khúc, cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng 1 chén nước, xay nhuyễn. Sau đó, lọc hỗn hợp đã xay qua rây lấy phần nước, bỏ bã.
Đổ nước củ dền vào nồi cùng 25gr đường trắng, 150ml nước dừa, 10gr bột rau câu và 800ml nước, bắc lên bếp, nấu sôi đến khi rau câu sệt lại. Tắt bếp, để nguội, cho hỗn hợp rau câu vào tủ lạnh để đông.
Lá dứa rửa sạch, cắt khúc, cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng 1 chén nước, xay nhuyễn. Lọc lá dứa qua rây, bỏ bã, lấy phần nước.
Cho nước lá dứa, 25gr đường trắng, 10gr bột rau câu, 150ml nước dừa và 800ml nước vào nồi, bắc lên bếp, nấu sôi nhỏ lửa đến khi hỗn hợp sệt lại. Làm tương tự với phần rau câu củ dền ở bước 5.
Cuối cùng, múc chè vải ra chén. Thêm rau câu củ dền, rau câu lá dứa cắt miếng nhỏ vào là món chè đã hoàn thành.
