Khoai lang hấp chín, tán nhuyễn. Sau đó cho vào khoai lang đường, 2 muỗng canh dừa khô vụn, bột nếp trộn đều.

Mang bao tay vo từng viên khoai lang nho nhỏ đè dẹp, cho miếng phô mai cắt nhỏ vào, vo tròn, rồi lăn vào chén dừa vụn. Làm tương tự cho đến hết nguyên liệu.

Đun nóng 300ml dầu ăn, cho các viên khoai lang vào chiên với lửa vừa cho đến khi viên khoai có màu bắt mát thì vớt ra để ráo dầu nhé!
