Gọt vỏ khoai tây, rửa sạch, cắt thành những khối nhỏ vừa ăn. Cho khoai tây vào nồi, đổ ngập nước, thêm chút muối vào rồi đậy kín nắp vung lại, đun sôi khoảng 7-10 phút là khoai tây chín, vớt khoai tây luộc ra để riêng.
