  • Double bar for extra protection
  • White

I bought these to be used on the small windows next to our front door. I made some curtains to hang on them but it was much easier to use this as a tension rod (8.5" window) in order to hang up some curtains versus putting in curtain rods. We just did not want people to have an easy way to look in.

I actually use these in the freezer section of our (full-sized) side by side refrigerator to keep heavy frozen things from falling off the (poorly designed) freezer shelving and onto the tops of our feet/toes. I've had these in the freezer for almost 2 weeks so far, and have not had any trouble with these slipping due to freezer moisture yet, which I was initially concerned about prior to using these. I have them no more than 1 inch above each shelf, just enough to give us a bit of a ledge, but still enough room to reach in and pull out what we need. The sizing of these is accurate, and the spring in these is very strong while the outer portion is very sturdy when in place and finished with nice, thick end caps. I am so glad I took a chance on these, they are well-made and have been such a helper in the freezer. Thanks for reading!

I bought a pack of 3 for $5.09 as an Add-On Item. This was the perfect tension rod for my work locker. I had been searching for a way to hang my googles but most rods are way too long for a standard locker. I'm so glad to have accidentally stumbled across these. Prior to doing so, I wasn't even aware that such a thing exists (I don't own a RV, Lol). P.S. So far, the bar has stayed in place. It was also super easy to install.

As dedicated beer snobs, my wife and I do purchase beer in bottles at times. Until we found this engineering marvel we had been relegated to can beer only while traveling. This is great, works well, seems sturdy enough, worth of a Nobel Peace Prize. You think I am being flippant. Well, you get up at 5AM, drive to work in rush hour, work all day, drive back home in rush hour, pick up the wifey, then drive another 5 hours, set up camp at 11PM, open the fridge to find beer leaking everywhere with glass, and stuff....at which point you have to hold back your frustration as you warned your better half that this particular preventable event could occur. Instead of drinking, laughing, and vacation spoonin, you have a war of the roses moment on your hands. Now you know why this refrigerator bar is so important to humanity, tender vacation moments, and the general happiness of nations.

Amazing, im always finding new ways to make more space and also be able to see where everything is Still working on Organizing my other one since it's big but no shelfs. But I'm ordering more ! *update ordered more* Cat food is organized up gives me so much space for my stuff now. I used 4 for the cat stuff & 2 for my cleaning supplies

The space I needed to put these in was exactly 16.5 inches (42 cm) wide. They look flimsy in the picture but support a stack of shirts just fine.

My closet happens to be just shy of 28 inches wide. So I decided to buy these refrigerator bars with the idea of using them for a shoe rack - and they work perfectly. I can now organize my shoes any way I want and can adjust the bars to the various heights I need for the different shoes. I have already used 4 sets of them and have 2 more sets that I am planning on using as well.

These three tension rods are great for a very unusual project for my windows. I have skylights in my two bedrooms that make sleeping past sunrise almost impossible. When I saw these rods, in the brownish color, I decided to "invent" a window covering from cardboard boxes. These rods hold the cardboard pieces in place and are perfect for blocking the sun from shining through my skylights in the morning. Because they work so well, I will be making a nicer sunblock covering for the windows and will spray these to match. The tension is very strong, and I love that they came in a set of three. I know that this is an unusual use for tension rods, but everyone is sleeping better! I will, most likely, be purchasing more of these rods.

I used these in a pantry cabinet unit that had shelves on the doors with only a little ledge at the front of the shelves. i wanted to put spices there so i bought these and they keep the spices on the shelves from falling out when we open the doors. these are great little tension rods and worked great for what i needed them for. very easy to adjust and slip into place.

I bought these to make temporary and affordable "shelves" in my rental, both in the kitchen and under sink in the bathroom. Very easy to install and as long as you get them tight enough they hold pretty well with a fair amount of weight. Took me a couple tries to get them tight enough for their desired purpose, but that's more my issue than it is an issue with the product. Nice for under the sink since it's easy to accommodate the plumbing under the sink. Pretty versatile if you purchase a couple packs, can space them as close or as far apart as you want to suit your needs, of course. You can see in one of my pictures these will hold the weight of several towels and a full container of baby wipes. I've only had these installed for a few days so I can't speak to their longevity, but for my purpose of temporary shelving they're perfect right now. These would probably hold even more weight in areas where the surfaces you're hanging them on aren't very smooth like the laminate of my cupboards (thinking along the lines of a narrow closet on painted/textured walls) since the really smooth laminate does make them easier to move. Overall very pleased with these.
